How is my order shipped? Pallets typically ship via freight carrier for larger orders, or standard parcel shipping for smaller lots and boxes. Shipping method and cost depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Note that pallet deliveries to locations that do not have a standard-height loading dock will require delivery with a lift-gate for an additional delivery charge.

How long does shipping take? Processing usually takes 1–3 business days, with transit time varying by carrier and location. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Can I pick up my order in person? Local pickup may be available depending on your location and our warehouse network. Check at checkout or contact us to confirm availability.

Do you ship internationally? No, we ship only to the 48 continental United States.
